Hello, @Aayushi2503 – Hope you are well 🙂
Thanks for joining the HP Forums community! It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel.
Going through your post, I am not sure when are you getting this error on your HP PC. Is it while you are logging in to your PC or while performing any operating? Please do let me know.
The "bterror.exe" is normally associated with the Bluetooth adapter / drivers. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth drivers, to see if the issue can be resolved. Follow the steps below:
- Press the “Windows key” + “R” to get the “Run” window. Type “devmgmt.msc” and press ok to get the “Device manager”.
- Expand the “Network Adapters” and then right-click on your Bluetooth driver and select “Uninstall”.
- Once uninstalled, restart your PC and then check.
Alternatively, please go through this Microsoft forum where few other customers had similar issue: http://hp.care/2jqndsU
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.
Good luck 🙂
