Thank you for your suggestion.  Unfortunately it doesn't work.  The problem is when Microsoft up dated the system to 21H2 (Version 10.0.19044) the Synatics driver was eliminated.  I believe Microsoft has to come up with a fix to correct this situation.

The problem should be taken seriously. Please contact HP support. An HP technician should clarify the problem with the Synatics company and provide an updated driver.

 

Maybe user @Paul_Tikkanen  has another idea how we can speed this up ?

Good morning Paul.  I've been in touch with UB624 this morning and he suggested I contact you about my touchpad situation.  I realized that the problem occurred when Microsoft update to 21H2 (OS Build 19044.1889).  It seems they should have a driver fix for this situation.  Thought you would interested.  Again thanks for all of your assistance.
