Greating
My hp laptop 15s-eq2049nb ask me at the launch the "enter administrator password or power on password" but i don’t what is the password and i try a lot of solution but none of them works and i try to communicate with HP but nothing work too then i turn myself to you all to find a way to get back my PC cause nothing work (i can have the bios code it just say system locked)

Unfortunately, you will need to contact an HP agent for problems with BIOS passwords.
Here is HP's official policy regarding BIOS passwords:
According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
4d. No posts shall include instructions/directions intended to bypass or subvert security mechanisms such as lock screens, BitLockers, BIOS lock, passwords, fingerprint/biometry scanners, PINs, or any other safety measures.
Therefore, this topic is being locked. If you would like help resetting the password on your product, please Contact HP support in your region.
For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
The only way to recover your PC's BitLocker key is if you printed it out or exported it to your Microsoft account when you first set up your PC.
Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support
Without the key, you will have to clean install Windows on the encrypted drive so you can use your PC again.

Thank you i know the topic would be locked for this type of demand but i'm glad it reach someone who could really tell me what to do cause none of the ai or the support helped me for my problem
