Pls note that the file sp136195.exe downloaded from www.hp.com/go/supportassistant is corrupted..
(the full download path is https://ftp.ext.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp136001-136500/sp136195.exe)
If you try to unzip it it gives the following errors..
CAB file sp136195.exe is corrupt
If you try to install it - it gives many errors (of course)
Pls check it and replace the file with a good one

How do you download file ? I've got no problem with it

Download it from the direct link https://ftp.ext.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp136001-136500/sp136195.exe) and try to unzip it..
Don't you get an error during unzip?
Pls note that I tried many times to download it (the download is always fine) obtaining always the same result.. so I don't think it could be only my problem..

I just found that many other users reported the same/similar issue..
How is possible that nobody at HP realized the issue?
