i got an email saying the warranty is from may/2019 to may/2020
but i purchased the warranty extension on may/2020! so it's ridiculous to tell me that the warranty is on the time
the computer had factory warranty, as the computer was purchased on 2018 and had 2 year warranty.
the factory warranty expired on may 2020, this is why i purchased a warranty extension on may 2020,
and i have the receipt for this!
so something is really off with this company.
