Both HDCP & HDR Certification missing for my brand-new Omni book ultras built-in internal display.
I've already updated my laptop to the latest BIOS & installed all the latest drivers for my device.

Hi @thomask4380,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your laptop!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Check Display Settings:
- Ensure that your display settings are correctly configured to support HDR and HDCP. Go to Settings > System > Display and look for HDR and HDCP options.
Ensure Correct Hardware Configuration:
- Verify that your laptop's specifications support HDR and HDCP. Your model has a 2.8K OLED multitouch-enabled display, which should support these functionalities under specific conditions.
Driver and Firmware Update:
- Sometimes, updates from manufacturers can resolve certification or compatibility issues. Make sure that all drivers related to graphics (Intel® Arc™ Graphics) and your display are up to date.
Graphics Configuration:
- Check that your graphics settings (Intel® Arc™ Graphics) are set to utilize HDR and HDCP, possibly within the graphics control panel provided by Intel.
I hope this helps.
