HP Chromebook touch screen not working

How about replacing my HP Chromebook due to the well known issued with the touchscreen. And do not make it my problem to get the replacement taken care of. Do your job and take care of me the customer.

Hi my name is Josiah and not "XTCPPG" because it would not let me. Last night my touchscreen was working fine but now it just stopped around 10:30 am. It was worrying me because I was so used to use my laptop and now it has disappointed me. I would like to know how I can be able to make it work again so it could go back to normal and I hope that it would not happen again. Thank you for your time and enjoy your day.

Have you tried esc+reload+power, then ctrl+d, then enter, then space (if you are in an organization, and they have dev mode blocked, SKIP this step), then enter. Setup your chromebook, then you are done!

Awesome2929, I hope it's nothing that crazy,  and I'm going to wait until I know you're not joking, but probably are.  I just want a fix so badly and I hope you can get my screen working again.  I haven't had time away from work to be able to send it in
