I read an HP advisory email informing me that my mobile workstation (WIN 10 Pro) had a BIOS update available. You MIGHT be lucky and your device might also have a new BIOS update available.

Type HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads into the search box at the top of your web page.Check the page opens in Google Chrome. If not use Google to land on the same page

A new window opens, login at the top right-hand side of the page. Your device and your warranty information should be displayed.

There is obviously people working on this because a new pop-up window appears ( in Google Chrome) highlighting the need to manually select which release of WIN 64 your device is using.

Select BIOS and download and install from USB if possible.

Hi Repavi

There are plenty of options when you open the Support shortcut at the top of this web page.
