HP ENVY X 360 M6-AQ105dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot close my laptop without the whole left screen panel separating from the frame. This is a huge inconvenience, as I cannot even close my laptop without the whole screen breaking; which is ironic because this x360 laptop is suppose to be extremely flexible.

After some googling, I've come to realize that this is a far too common issue with HP laptops; especially with their left side hinges. I have found dozens of people who have experience the same issues that I have, and am convinced that this is a HP hardware issue.

Can HP support escalate my concern to HP’s Support Team in my region to have it reviewed for available options, if any.

Thank you,

Ben.

I spend nearly $2000 dollars on a laptop and this is the type of support I get.  Faulty HP design and I have to deal with it on my own.

This is message I received after 2 weeks of waiting for a response.

Hello,

I regret to inform you that your unit has reached End of Support Life, which means that HP no longer has access to recovery discs, hardware or software for your system. If you prefer you can contact either our Home & Home Office Group or our Commercial Department in your area to see what current models may fit your needs. You also have the option of taking it to a local repair shop in your area.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
