Hi,
I have the same problem (no signal from my computer to TV with HDMI cable), but unfortunately I couldn't fix it whitin installation of Chipset and Graphics driver.
Maybe they are not appropriate.
I have got Pavilion g6-2220sm with Win 7 (64x).
Thanks a lot in advance for any information and help!
Best regard.

Hi -
I have an HP G60 laptop and a Sanyo HDTV. I am trying to hook up my laptop to my tv to watch tv and netflix using an HDMI cable. My laptop recognizes my tv (in control panel -> display options -> Change display settings under Display it says "2. Sanyo TV"), but when I switch my tv to the HDMI input (or any other input, for that matter - again trying ANYTHING to get it to work), the TV says No Signal. Please help! I have tried everything I can think of or could find on the internet, but I haven't found anything that works. I have found that this is a common problem, but can't seems to find the "right" answer. I have also tried set-up through Nvidia control panel. I am not too familiar with Nvidia, but I tried various things through it as well.
PLEASE HELP! I AM FRUSTRATED WITH THIS PROBLEM. IT MAKES NO SENSE TO ME!!!! 🙂
Thanks in advance for any and all advise you can give....

My laptop is HP Touchsmart tmt2-1000 with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4500 (plus the "!" symbol) and Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family. It used to connect to HDTV thru HDMI normally on win7 2 years ago.
I installed windows 8 and then upgraded to windows 8.1. The two monitors I have can connect to other laptops thru HDMI. I can only connect them to my laptop thru VGA only (1920x1080) because HDMI is not recognized (no signal).
Please help!!

Hello @SanjayKale
To get your issue more exposure I would suggest posting it in the commercial forums since the ProBook 4430s is a commercial product. You can do this here Notebook - HP ProBook, EliteBook, Compaq, Slate/Tablet PC, Armada, LTE
The support page for your product may be helpful in the meantime: HP ProBook 4430s Notebook PC.
I hope this helps!
Thank you for posting on the HP Forums.
