HP Notebook - 15-db0066wm
Chrome OS

Ihave had this HP Notebook Windows 10,  64 Bit for 2 months now and this just started today.  I am going to try to describe it the best i can. When i am looking at my screen i see everything i should but in addition there is what i call a window about the size of a minimized window but it just looks like someone took a pen and drew a perfect box. It sits on the left side of my pc screen and no matter what i do it stays there. When i scroll it does not change.. I have tried rebooting, and done a diagnostic, but nothing helps. Thank you for your time.
