ENVY M9X67AV
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My screen seems to have a loose connection. It turns off when tilted back. Just a gentle touch to the back of it turns on again but then shuts off. I have to tilt it forward for it to remain on. The computer remains on, just the screen goes blank.

Hi Mrstenter.

Thank you for the reply. The unit is under warranty and I contacted HP support yesterday. It needs to be returned for repairs and it's in process now. I was hoping it would be a simple fix but returning for repair is my best option.

Thank you.
