Hello,

please know that I'm not technical. My built in web cam didn't work. I tried all the new drivers and uninstalling . Now when it doesn't work I press my thumb on the white light and put pressure and wipe from right to left. And it works . I can now use Skype and Webex . Hope that this works for you

Hi, Thank you for replying but it didn't work, I use the camera app in windows 8.1 and it doesn't work, Please do not assume I give up, I will still try in webcam test websites and youcam by cyberlink, You will be notified if I tried all of those and they didn't work.
