So, I have bought this laptop yesterday, 11/25/2020. And yesterday the OMEN Gaming Hub was working completely fine, I could change the lighting, etc. Everything was perfect! And today, 11/26/2020 I came from school and tried to open the OMEN Gaming Hub with by pressing on the OMEN button on the keyboard, it didn't work. Then I opened the app by clicking it. It asked me to update it, then I clicked on ''Update'', it started updating but then, it suddenly stopped updating and nothing happen. Now I can't control the lighting, I can't open Undervolting or System Vitals.
I've tried to uninstall the OMEN Gaming Hub, it still asked for the driver update. I tried to download all the HP, Windows updates, but nothing worked... Please help me!
More information: When I try to open the Undervolting, it says that the required HP services cannot be found, to fix this click on the ''Update'' button. And when I click on it, it starts loading, but then it suddenly stops, and nothing happens.
When I try to open the System Vitals, it says that I have to update the drive. When I update it, the same thing happens.
I'm so sad about this situation, and I have no idea how to fix this. I'd appreciate the help so much!
Thank you.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to open the Omen command center.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you uninstall the Omen command center from your computer and then download and install it from the Microsoft store. Also, install HP system utility from Microsoft store.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

I did everything you indicated
installed through microsoft store, reinstalled, checked the cache, tried to repair the program but nothing worked
the updates never end and I still couldn't work properly with the gaming hub
however, I noticed that my computer did not have an HP System Event Utility installed, but even after installing it, Gaming Ub continued to tell me to install the HP System Event Utility
I've done everything to try to solve this problem I've seen all the answers and help on the internet and on HP support but nothing has worked yet
