1. https://www.jio.com/fiber.html( It should not be the cause of problem because laptop is not catching wifi of other brands as well)
2. We have already tested all combos, 2.4Ghz and 5GHz in the previous comments
3 & 4 Tested All combos:- https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Gaming-Desktops/Hp-Pavilion-not-showing-5g-network-on-windows-10/m-p/8...

Does it still shows 4G network ?
Try to connect to a temporary smartphone wireless hotspot ( simple passwort with or without encryption ) point as a substitute.
Please report your results
Kind regards

@Ub6464,
Yes, the laptop is caching 4g network from all the routers. Also, I generally use a mobile hotspot, it's not causing any issue, The only problem is laptop is not caching a 5G network at all from any router plus the network break often with a 4g connection.

Hello @BigDaddy003
My options are exhausted...
Recommendation and solution
HP warranty valid -> Contact HP Support for service repair
HP warranty expired:
You should have it serviced by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.
Kind regards
