hi,

 I changed the settings. For the past 2 days when ever this happens i cant connect to internet and i try to shutdown but shudown process didnt complete the power button light was on. then i have to force shutdown. Actually this is a new laptop. I bought this before 45 days . I replace my first lap for screen bleeding and then this is happening more often. I dont know what to do and really frustrated.

I was also facing the same issue and I got it fixed by going through the below upgrade process,

 

This information can be found in the "Processor upgrade information" or "Memory upgrade information" sections of the Motherboard Specifications page.  Let's use the Omen by HP-880-160se as an example.  Here is the Processor and Memory upgrade information for it:

sorry for the delay. Actually it still happens some times and new issue arises. My file explorer is not opening. Actually its shows it is opening and ont the task manage we can see new tabs added. if we toggle also we know explorer is therer but it doesnt show on the screen. I cant able to access any files.
