So I mainly use my laptop for school (homework, zoom, etc.) but yesterday I was opened to my school website and everything was normal until, it suddenly disconnected from all networks and internet right before my classes started. I looked it up online and found this "solution" from hp support, but it didn't work.
So I then restarted my laptop and yet no network showed up for me to connect. I had to completely restore my laptop to its factory settings for me to see if that would work. It didn't but today it connected fine, but I have to reset everything and start again on a blank canvas per se. I cannot afford this to happen again since I am a college student and some things that I have to do are time sensitive. Therefore I want a refund.

6 months. Sorry, from what I know, HP has warranty for 1 year but return policy is only 15 days or 30 days. You can contact HP to get it to be repaired.
Hope this makes sense.
Regards.
