Hello,
I see that you are looking for instructions on running a restore on your computer.
Here is a link with instructions on how to run a system restore which allows you to restore the computer to an earlier point in time. Select the option "Return Windows to a previous point".
Here is a link with instructions on how to run a system recovery which returns the computer back to the original factory state and erases all user information.

Hi Fred, I had the same problem. I even slipstreamed a Windows XP Home disk with SP 3 and the SATA drivers supplied by HP. I then used an external DVD to install Windows XP to no avail, it would not accept the COA on the bottom of the unit. MS wanted £63 to fix. HP no longer sell the recovery disks but this company do at a cost of £33.20.
The only other option is to try Ebay or Gumtree.

Hello,
I have a Compaq mini 110c, which I bought several years ago.
I would like to buy a recovery disk to restore this netbook back to factory settings.
Is there a link to a purchase page for this disk?
Thank you,
Carla
