I am able to see it now.

If you go into device manager and click on the driver for the fingerprint reader uninstall cannot be clicked, am i correct?

Did you try to use the update for the driver?

Enter safe mode and attempt to uninstall the driver. Here is a link showing how to enter safe mode.
