I bought an HP Pavillion x360 on January 2022 and my product is under warranty period. On 8th September 2022, all of a sudden when I opened the laptop I saw a crack on the right side near the hinge and a black color spread along the screen from the hinge side. I was really surprised and disappointed seeing this from a brand like HP. Then I contacted HP service via your WhatsApp number. They raised a case on my behalf of me on 8th September 2022 and they informed me as they will give the quotation within 24 to 48 hours. I didn't get any quotation even after the mentioned time. Hence I contacted HP, again and again, more than 6 times, and each time they assure me that I will get the quotation within 24 hours. After 10 days, till now I didn't get any response. This is not the service I'm expecting from a reputed brand like HP. 

 

I would like to bring to your attention that this kind of screen breaking without any physical force is not an isolated issue. I'm attaching some of the links in community posts with the same issue. Day by day the number of cracks is increasing and the black color is spreading without doing anything.
