Hi,
Dell don't list any Windows 7 drivers, but the Ricoh Card Reader driver on the following link should work ( for both hardware ids ).
http://ftp1.us.dell.com/chipset/R188776.exe

Accept As Solution
(is there a special way to do this: ****Please mark Accept As Solution if it solves your problem****, other than just typing it?)
what a help,
No problematic yellow excamation marks to be found... (I think I am looking in the right spot)
That situation has bothered me for months.
Lots of thanks for the super quick response/solution DP-K!

I have installed the JMicron card reader driver and the chipset drivers. Neither of these made any difference in my problem. Some of the errors I get that refer to the video drivers but they say they are correct and can find no updates. Also one of the Other Devices that are showing an error say Coprocessor. None of your suggestede fixes have done anything to resolve the problem. The errors:
One:
Hardware ID:
Base System Device
PCI\\VEn_1180&DEV_0592&SUBSYS_30CF103C&REV_12
PCI\\VEn_1180&DEV_0592&SUBSYS_30CF103C
PCI\\VEn_1180&DEV_0592&CC_088000
PCI\\VEn_1180&DEV_0592&&CC0880
Physical Device Object Name = \Device\NTPNP_PCI0024
Two:
Base System Device
PCI\\VEN_1180&DEV_0843&SUBSYS_30CF103C&REV_12
PCI\\VEN_1180&DEV_0843&SUBSYS_30CF103C
PCI\\VEN_1180&DEV_0843&CC_088000
PCI\\VEN_1180&DEV_0843&CC_0880
Physical Device Object Name =\Device\NTPNP_PCI0023
and Three
Coprocessor
PCI\\VEN_10DE&DEV_0543&SUBSYS_30CF103C&REV_A2
PCI\\VEN_10DE&DEV_0543&SUBSYS_30CF103C
PCI\\VEN_10DE&DEV_0543&CC_0B4000
PCI\\VEN_10DE&DEV_0543&CC_0B40
Physical Device Object Name =\Device\NTPNP_PCI0004
Can you please take another look and give me some feedback. I downloaded the software that chesks the drivers for correctness. It says all drivers are correct.

Hi,
You're welcome
I notice that Corel X3 isn't listed as supporting Windows 7.
Have you tried installing it using Compatibility Mode?
Let me know,
