I copied and pasted the command  and it still says the same thing.

 

I have had it for the day.

As the saying goes I am pooped. I am going to call it a day and hopefully try again tomorrow at some time. I appreciate all that you have tried with me on this problem. Have a nice evening (with what is left of it).

That's quite alright.
We'll pick it up tomorrow again.

Once you get a  minute or two, please try restarting the unit and downloading files from the internet again, just to check if you managed to get the .dll file in check.

Hi again,

 

Guess what, this time it works as it should. I was able to download the IDM unistaller program from Tonec and it removed all traces of the crazy program. My system now works great.

 

 I can't thank you enough for all your help. To say the least i owe you a good steak dinner but at the very least a cold beer.

 

It has truly been apleasure worksing with you.
