Edge E450

I'm trying to perform basic provisioning to Edge E450 desk phones. I'm unable to find functionality within Poly Lens to place BLFs onto the Secondary screen. The relevant config parameter is as follows from the docs:

attendant.resourceList.x.location

Poly Edge E400 Series only: Specifies if a static BLF is located within the primary screen or expansion module or on the secondary screen.

Primary (default)

Secondary

Is this functionality not available in Poly Lens? If it's relevant, my Lens account is basic/unpaid. If the capability isn't native, is there a way to bring in customizations manually that the service doesn't support?

Hello @GSELLC ,

welcome to the HP Poly community.

I suggest you look at the below VoIP FAQ post:

Jan 12, 2012 Question: Can I change / re-assign the appearance of  Line, BLF, Speed Dial and Presence Keys?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

If you still struggle I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region.

Details are in my Signature.

Best Regards
