Quick question.. We provision devices through Poly Lens, but a growing number of devices show they're provisioned yet offline.
I've got one next to me, the device is online and functioning fine, calling in and receiving, however within Poly Lens it shows offline. The only thing that doesn't matchup is the last known IP address on poly lens is not the same as the current IP address. Is there a way to sync this?

Hi @H-Weaver Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.
Due to limited support, I would request you contact our HP Support, and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.

Hello @H-Weaver ,
welcome to the HP Poly community. A god starting point would be the information what Software version these phones are running. Is this a new installation and did you have any changes to your network or firewall lately?
Please remember these Ports and Protocols >here<
Sharing a log of one of the phones after a couple of minutes after a restart could also help. Please ensure you consult the VoIP FAQ for solutions as well.
If all fails please go ahead with what @M_Salman suggested and open a ticket.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier
