Poly Lense won't see Webex as a soft phone option on MacOS

Hi!

I am trying to figure out why Poly Lense won't detect Cisco Webex (not meetings,) as a softphone option in the Poly Lense software.

Both Webex and Poly Lense and MacOS are fully updated.

Works fine on Windows, but not on MacOS.

Thoughts?

Welcome to the HP community.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product you use.

This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

Please check >this< in regards to your actual question around Cisco.

thanks for the response, i found out that poly for mac doesn't support webex as a smart phone.

a hp rep said they have plans for it, but no timeline.
