Hello!
Polycom VSX7000
The Serial number is 8208460AD83CAK. Periodically after connection there is a reset of the device. Now the factory firmware of Release_ru 9.0.1 is set. We want to update the version to last. The first problem that we cannot find Release_RU firmware, it is simple to eat Release 9.0.6.2-103. The second - in case of updating of a firmware, ask to enter a software key which we do not have! Where to take us this key and the version of a firmware with RU?

Checking the license for you I can see that the unit was purchased from AVCO Technologies back in 29/04/2009. Most likely nobody ever activated the license back then so there is no entitlement.
I believe you are running the Russian version of this so the old software is even more limited. You can try => here <= but maybe time to look into getting a new current unit.

Hello @gärtner,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The Unit was sold back in 22/11/2004 via NT PLUS Gmbh and seems to have never been activated.
The unit is end of sale and end of support and without proof that a license for anything later than that the original software was purchased I cannot produce a 9.0 Key.
The unit is nearly 14 years old so you may want to look into upgrading to something more current.

Welcome to the Poly Community.
It looks like this codec was never registered and therefore has no option to upgrade to the version you desire. In addition, I can see that it seems you are not the original owner who purchased the unit back in 2005.
The VSX is end of life and Support for the product was available until 12/31/2010
