When printing #10 envelopes, text and graphics come out "jagged". I've tried resetting the printer to factory settings, aligning cartridges, using different paper size settings. This only happens with envelopes, not with letter sized paper. Samples are below.

Hey KrazyToad, thank you. I followed the instructions but that did not fix the issue either.
Anyway, the problem is now solved. It was fixed by connecting the printer with USB cable to the computer. Once the cable was connected, all envelopes printed again properly.

I would like to help
Please ensure you are selecting the correct paper type, size before printing?
If the issue persists try reinstalling the printer driver
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
6.) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the “Drivers” tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
13.) Restart the computer and download the full feature software Link: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL61230/mp-147816-1/OJ4650_Full_WebPack_40.11.1122_1.exe and follow the onscreen instructions

Try using the Windows Built In driver and let me know if that helps
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall

Please follow the instructions in Step 4 from this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05942465 to clean the paper feed rollers
Also ensure the printer has the latest Firmware https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
