Does anyone know how to complain about ink cartridge quality? I normally get 70-80 pages at the coverage I use, but this time I got 24 pages and it "ran out" £0.60 a page... appalling. Can I contact anyone to complain? Not a chance, typical faceless large company that make it impossible to speak to a support person. Anyone have any suggestions?
