Would like to clean printhead. How to find... or any other suggestions?

• If the printhead cleaning process doesn't resolve the issue, here are some additional suggestions:
• Check Ink Levels: Make sure that the black ink cartridge has sufficient ink. If it's low, replace the cartridge with a new one.
• Inspect Cartridge: Remove the black ink cartridge and inspect it for any signs of damage or clogging. If you notice any issues, try cleaning the cartridge manually using a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with distilled water.
