Hi @Status4,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are facing an issue with your To clean the printhead on an HP DeskJet 2752 All-in-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
- Access Printer Software: You need to access the printer software on your computer or the printer's control panel if it has a touchscreen interface.
- Printer Maintenance: Look for a section or option labeled "Printer Maintenance," "Tools," or "Utilities." This is where you'll find options for printhead cleaning and other maintenance tasks.
- Printhead Cleaning: Once you've accessed the maintenance section, look for an option specifically for printhead cleaning. It might be labeled as "Clean Printhead" or something similar.
- Follow Instructions: Follow the on-screen instructions or prompts to initiate the printhead cleaning process. The printer will usually run a series of cleaning cycles to clear any clogs or debris from the printhead nozzles.
- Test Print: After the cleaning process is complete, print a test page to see if the issue has been resolved. If not, you may need to run the printhead cleaning process again or try other troubleshooting steps.
- If you're unable to find the printhead cleaning option in the printer software or control panel, you can also refer to the printer's user manual for specific instructions on how to clean the printhead.
- If the printhead cleaning process doesn't resolve the issue, here are some additional suggestions:
- Check Ink Levels: Make sure that the black ink cartridge has sufficient ink. If it's low, replace the cartridge with a new one.
- Inspect Cartridge: Remove the black ink cartridge and inspect it for any signs of damage or clogging. If you notice any issues, try cleaning the cartridge manually using a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with distilled water.
- Alignment: Sometimes, aligning the printhead can improve print quality. Look for an option to align the printhead in the printer software or control panel and follow the instructions.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
