HP Ink Tank Wireless 415

I am trying to print 4R photo, but the 4R Glossy Photo paper is not feeding in my HP 415 Printer. 

 

The photo pater is Glossy and 230gsm.

 

Please advise any solution for this, thank you!

Welcome to the HP Community --

 

R4 photo size is 4x6 inches.

 

The paper weight is within the range for supported photo paper.

 

Printer supports HP paper within the specifications and will likely support other high-quality brands of photo paper that meet the size and type specs.

 

Load the Paper into the printer tray using the instructions in the User Guide - Page 19

Use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to adjust the default paper size / type - Tray and Paper

 

 

EWS – Browser – Tray and Paper Management

 

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Settings > Preferences > Tray and Paper (Management)

Select / Adjust settings for Paper Size / Type

Model Dependent:  Advanced section

Click Apply to save changes

 

Tray and Paper – Paper Size / Paper Type / Paper Weight

 

Reminder

HP Smart Mobile requires that paper size / type is adjusted before the content is opened to be printed.

Hello, 

 

Upon trying your solution below. unfortunately it is still not working.

 

When I tried to put the 4R on the feeder and adjust the paper size the blue one to fit in 4R paper it is not feeding.
