Product: DeskJet 2742e

I bought deskjet 2742e , just installed it tonight, downloaded the hp app, signed up for the 50 pages instant ink through the app. But under my plan it say one free month instead of 6 Months like says on the box. I'm not sure what I did wrong. I followed the instructions on the card.
