HP Recommended

I have the HP Color Laser Jet Pro and it is one month out of warranty.  It prints a wide yellow smear down all pages.  I have tried the cleaning setting, but it didn't work.  I don't want to buy new cartridges because they are expensive.printer problem yellow.jpg

HP Recommended

Replace the yellow cartridge.

If there was something wrong with the printer all 4 colours would be affected.
