Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP 8028 printer. Have had issues with print quality since day one - should have returned it to store but didn't - now out of warranty.  Currently, will not print CYAN (blue) color.  Have run clean printhead, reset printer, turned on/off and all other suggestions.  Opened printer and discovered pools of ink in bottom right - have tried to clean as best I can given limited access to area. Don't have "special" screwdriver so I can remove to gain better access to area. Does this mean "printhead" needs to be replaced?  I've done this on a prior HP and Canon - successfully (but they were 10-12 years old).  This printer is barely 3 years old.  Any other suggestions?  (June 15, 2023)
