Product: HP officejet pro 8720

"There is a problem with the ink supply system. Try replacing affected cartridge w different non empty cartridge. If message reappears again record message and contact HP"  I have with 2 new HP cartridges and still this error message. Please help.

I see that you are facing supply system error / issue.

 

To isolate the issue, I would request you to elaborate the defect you are referring to.
