I have 2 different HP Officejet Pro 6978's in use. All of a sudden both will not accept Brand NEW HP cartridges, Had to load 3 new Y's to get one to work, I've got 2 new C's and can't get either to work, M's I've now got 3 new that will not load. - Get the following message - "Printing is unavailable because the indicated cartridge are defective, visit HP.com/contactHP" - Can't get anywhere on HP's website, keeps looping me back to the beginning!!! - ANY ONE ELSE HAVING ISSUES with new 902 Series Cartridges????? - - I've gone through the cleaning processing, shutting down printers etc. nothing... If it was just one I'd say it was the printer, but being it's 2 different printers, what up?
