Why does HP hide their HP 902 ink recall problems?  HP, just be honest with your customers and let us know when it will be available again.

This makes me furious. I've spent the past few weeks trying to figure out what's wrong with my printer (on and off phantom paper jams) and finally took it to a repair shop and spent $40 to have no repair done. I only found out about the recall when a clerk at Staples told me the cartridges were recalled because they were *damaging the printers*. Seriously?! I also asked for help on this forum and was told it was probably a hardware issue--no mention of the recall.
