HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer

Hi, I bought the printer in the US and now live in Israel. 

We want to replace the ink cartridge and the ink cartridge sold in Israel is 912XL while the one sold in the US is 910XL.

The printer does not accept the 912XL because it seemed to be locked for just the US cartridges (910XL).
I need help unlocking the printer so it can accept the 912XL cartridge
Can you please help me?

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you moved and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

I have the same issue, I moved from Israel to USA and I need to use the 910XL instead of 912XL. 

can you send me the region reset instructions as well?

Hello, I have the same issue, my printer is HP officeJet Pro 9025, bought in USA and now moved to Germany, I can't find the 910 ink here either, bout 912, and shows the "cartridges are not intended for use in this printer" please help, too.
