A3 print doesnt print in collor

A3 sent from desktop does not print in colour; 

A4 prints in colour

A3 copy from screen printer: prints in colour

Seemed to me you were missing last step ( your photo shown only for media size, ccolor  etc ) , which the ICC profile in print setting, before   your press     Print...
make sure it is in    SRGB ...

what manage colors   (   printer or applications etc )

thank you both, it did not work but the problem is solved by re-install the printer.
