I called last week to add our Mobile hp 200 printer to our hp ink subscription and I have not received any ink yet and the printer is out of ink. Can you please make sure the printer was added correctly and expedite the ink for the printer since this is a business.

I’m very sorry to hear that you’ve been waiting for the ink to be delivered. I understand how frustrating that can be. Before the ink arrives, you mentioned that you would like to register for the Instant Ink service. I would request you to please follow the steps:

 

Visit Instant Ink Website:

Sign Up or Sign In:

  • If you have an HP account, click on "Sign in."
  • If you don't have an HP account, click on "Create Account" to register yourself.

Enter Your Information:

  • Provide the necessary personal details and create a password for your account.

Select a Plan:

  • Choose the printing plan that meets your needs and click "Select Plan." Plans are based on the number of pages you print each month.

Provide Shipping Information:

  • Enter your shipping address to receive ink or toner deliveries.

Provide Billing Information:

  • Enter payment details to facilitate recurring subscription charges.

Connect Your Printer:

  • Ensure your printer is powered on and connected to your network.
