Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw

My printer was working fine just low on black toner so I replaced it with a geniune HP black toner cartridge. After when I printed the pages were completely black! I think the new toner had a leak or something wrong with it. I replaced it with another brand new toner cartridge and ran the printer cleaner page multiple times. That helped clean it up but now I have two faded black lines on my paper. All the toner cartridges are clean - no smudges. When I tried the HP chat it didn't help. Basically told me to service my printer. Well since it was working fine before - printing with no smudges or lines, then I don't think it needs to be serviced. Can anyone help! Is there something else that needs to be cleaned so my pages don't have lines on them?
