I just bought this printer and set it up. All color work except Cyan. I tried aligning the print head and it failed? I rain a level 3 cleaning and tried again. It still failed. I'm using the ink they sent me with the printer and have tried both from my Android phone and from my Windows 10 computer. Any ideas on what this could be? Support is closed for the weekend.

I understand that cyan ink cartridge is not working, I am glad to assist you.
If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here
And if the issue still persists, this could be a cartridge error and require one on one interaction.
