I've just bought an HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 in order to print A3 as well as A4.  As it has 2 trays, I assumed and couldn't see to the contrary anywhere in the 'blurb" for the printer that I could put A4 and A3 into the printer in order to be ready to print.  WHAT IT DOESN'T TELL YOU is that you then have to take the A3 OUT of the printer in order to close up the paper tray.  What is the point of this?  Putting A3 paper in and out each time you want to print??  That is why I got rid of my old 7712 printer, as it only had one tray.  So badly designed.  And I can't even tell you how frustrating your website is!  I went to order a spare XL black cartridge, which is nearly half the cost of the new printer, and your website doesn't load.  I'm not sure I would ever buy another HP printer again - in fact, I might even send this new one back....
