So my office has the above printer, and all 4 of the ink cartridges needed changing. I got the colors changed just fine, but when I go to rotate the black ink for removal by pressing the button as with the othres, it does not rotate, and the triangular light with the ! in it lights up and flashes. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

This issue has been solved, it seems the toner was a bit out of place which was causing the ink cartridge to become blocked and not rotate.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are unable to replace the toner, I am glad to assist you.

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

And if the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
