The black printout always have blurred or skipped some line in text.  How to force replace the print head?

I have cleaned the print head more than 20 times as well as cleaning smears. I have already bought a replacement print head. Is there any way I could force the printer to let me replace it?

The print head won’t come out even I have open the front and inside door. I have tried couple of times. And that is why I am here asking how to “force” replace the print head, the support document just keep saying you have no need to replace the print head if the print head doesn’t come out, but obviously I need to replace it…

I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/service-center 
Note: Select your country from the dropdown,  enter the city or postal code, select the product, change the radius, and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location.
