The print head won’t come out even I have open the front and inside door. I have tried couple of times. And that is why I am here asking how to “force” replace the print head, the support document just keep saying you have no need to replace the print head if the print head doesn’t come out, but obviously I need to replace it…

Note: Select your country from the dropdown, enter the city or postal code, select the product, change the radius, and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location.
