Product: HP Envy 4520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)

I just installed a new HP black ink cartridge which came directly from HP.  Now my printer is not printing the black ink.  I have cleaned and aligned the printheads to no avail.  I removed the new cartridge and installed it again and that didn't help. I disconnected the printer and reconnected and that didn't help.  Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, the quickest and easiest way to get help from HP is to send a message via Instagram.

They were very helpful and sent me a new ink cartridge which solved the problem as the other one was faulty.
