- Black ink doesn't print out properly

Just replaced the black ink cartridge with the one sent by HP instant ink, but that new one doesn't print out the black ink properly.
What I've tried is:
- Check Cartridge Installation: Installed properly
- Clean Printheads: Did many times, it makes the print quality slightly better but it comes back in a day.
- Align Printheads (if possible): Did many times with cleaning heads
- Update Printer Firmware: Already up to date
- Use Genuine HP Ink Cartridges: Still using genuine ones, HP instant ink enrolled
- Check for Ink Cartridge Issues: Seems the cartridge is defective
- Print Quality Diagnostic Page: No specific issue was reported
Repetitive cleaning didn't work. I don't think it's dried out because this is a new ink cartridge just opened.
Could you please help me to get another replacement black ink cartridge with HP instant ink program?
