Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Please help.

My black ink has not been working when I print things out. My tricolor works fine. I have tried cleaning the cartridges (numerous times), aligning them, printing quality report, as well as replacing the cartridge with a new one completely. Still, with all those things I've tried, I cannot get the black ink to work. Any ideas? 

 

I really don't want to have to buy a new printer since everything else seems to be working fine besides the black ink.

HP Recommended

MY Black ink is printing blank pages. I ran all tests and replaced the ink cartridge. Help.
