Using genuine HP ink cartidge and getting skips and smears. Thought it was the cartidge so I replaced it with a new one. No change. Then tried the "Clean Cartridges" and "Clean Smears" under "Tools". Again no improvement.
Only the black ink skips and smears. Interestingly enough, always at the same places when printing out the "Print Quality Diganostic" page.
Any suggestions on what to do next?
