Check Ink Levels and Compatibility:

  • Ensure that the ink cartridges are properly installed and compatible with your printer model.
  • Verify that the ink cartridges are not empty or nearly empty, even if they are new. Sometimes, cartridges can be defective.

Run Printhead Cleaning:

  • Access the printer's maintenance menu from the control panel and run a printhead cleaning cycle. This can help resolve issues with color printing by clearing any clogs.

Align the Printhead:

  • Perform a printhead alignment using the printer's control panel settings. This can improve print quality and ensure colors print correctly.

Check for Clogs:

  • Visually inspect the printhead for any visible clogs and clean them gently, if required. Use a lint-free cloth and distilled water if manual cleaning is necessary.

Software and Driver Updates:

  • Make sure you have the latest printer drivers and software installed on your computer. Visit the HP website to download updates.

Print Quality Diagnostic:
