Blue hue and purple printing as blue

Printing out photos and there is a blue hue/cast to them and the purple is printing out as blue.  The color on my screen looks fine and I sent them to a photo lab to be printing and the colors printed out fine, so the problem is with the printer.

 I'd like to help!

To better assist you - 

1) Does the copy print out the same way? 

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices? 

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page-

1. On the control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setupicon.

2. Swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.

 Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
